We are situated at Satpara Road Skardu the most prominent location of Skardu city. Our neighbours include hispar hotel and mountain lodge hotel. We are Alhamdulliah the centre point of the nearly all the tourist destinations at Baltistan Division. Our vision is to provide quality services in a limited budget. We have three Categories 1 Standard Room  both in Master bed with attached bathroom and Single beds with attached bathroom.

2 Cottage 

Cottage has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and lounge (One bedroom is with Master Bed with attached bathroom and the other one is with 2 single beds) there is also a small lounge in the cottage.

3 Quad Rooms 

Our Quad rooms are Huge 16 18 rooms with one kind size master bed, one single bed and mattress can b provided on request. The quad rooms have an exceptional panoramic view of the Skardu City which includes Sarfaranga Cold Desert, kharpocho fort, Katpana Desert, River Indus and the majestic Skardu City.
